Being petite shouldn’t mean having to dress louder Being petite shouldn’t mean having to dress louder, wear higher heels, or work harder just to be perceived as the woman in charge. But for many accomplished petite women, that’s exactly what happens. You’ve built the career.
You’ve earned the title.
You’re leading the meetings, making the decisions, traveling, speaking, building, advising.Your wardrobe should reflect that without requiring a closet full of clothes or making you feel like you’re playing a part. The answer isn’t to compensate for being petite.
It’s to calibrate.The right proportions.
The right amount of structure.
The right styles for your frame.
The right colors for you — not just defaulting to black or “power suits.”And pieces that don’t simply fit, but make you feel “on”, confident, completely yourself, and ready to be seen.Because a great petite wardrobe isn’t just about making clothes fit your body. It’s about creating a wardrobe that gives you presence without asking you to give up the colors, shapes, personality, and style that make you feel most like you.Because the goal isn’t to look taller. It’s to make sure the way you’re seen matches the woman you already are:Capable. Established. Intentional. Powerful. And this fall, your wardrobe should be working just as hard as you are.If yours isn’t, reply FALL and I’ll show you where to st#TheIconicMethod #PetiteStyle #ExecutivePresence
You probably don’t need a whole new fall wardrobe. You probably don’t need a whole new fall wardrobe. But when you’re busy, it just feels easier to order the fashion box, book the Nordstrom stylist, or start buying the “new” pieces everyone says you need. The problem? You end up with more clothes… and still feel like you have nothing to wear. Before you buy for fall, you need to know:1. What you already own that still works
2. What’s starting to make your wardrobe feel dated
3. What’s genuinely missing — and which trends are actually worth your moneyBecause the goal isn’t more clothes. It’s a wardrobe that makes getting dressed for your actual life easier.Comment FALL if you want me to keep you posted on something I’m creating. #theiconicmethod #petitefashion #womenwholead
Fall looks are just starting to trickle into store Fall looks are just starting to trickle into stores…but the Bay Area weather is still so warm!I’m keeping fabrics light and breathable, then shifting the color, shoes, and accessories to make it feel more fall.Watch the video for a few easy swaps that’ll keep you cool but give you fall vibes. What’s harder for you right now — dressing for fall in the heat, or knowing what’s actually worth buying?Comment FALL and tell me.#TheIconicMethod #FallStyle BayAreaStye
There’s something a little uncomfortable about say There’s something a little uncomfortable about saying out loud what you’re proud of.As women, we’re so quick to minimize what we’ve accomplished and move on to the next thing without pausing to recognize what’s already been built. But this trend made me pause.I’ve spent my career helping women feel seen and confident.I turned my own petite struggles into expertise that now helps other petite women.I’ve built a business that allows me to do work I genuinely love, earn well, and be fully present for my kids.None of it happened overnight. It was built one woman, one wardrobe, one conversation, and one brave next step at a time. And through it all, I see God’s faithfulness.
So yes—kinda chic. And deeply grateful. ✨What have you done, built, or chosen that feels “kinda chic” to you? I want to celebrate it with you.📷@bradythomasphotography#TheIconicMethod #WomenWhoLead #PersonalStyle
